Hey guys, I have an iPhone XR and I was using Garageband on my mac for a long time. However, when I open GB on my iPhone, it starts crashing after 10-15 minutes on its own. I have tried to reboot the app. Is it happening with anyone else?

If you are using the iPhone for singing on SingSnap there is no way to do so without uploading an mp3 file or backing track first to garage band. In that instance it would violate SingSnaps terms of use as you would be copying their backing tracks to an external device.

It’s a bit different on the computer because you can open a second tab or window and use GarageBand as a pass through DAW for vocal effects. Copying any SingSnap backing tracks to any source off the site itself is against their terms of use.

As for the app crashing it may be due to the amount of memory capacity already used on your phone.
